Nothing else on this page works without a serious network. We install Araknis commercial-grade routing, managed switching and Wi-Fi 6 access points sized for the square footage, with WattBox managed power behind it all, so a hung device is fixed from our desk rather than your closet.

Watchful, without feeling watched.

Cameras, gate stations, smart locks and alarm sit inside the same Control4 app as the lighting, so answering the gate from the office or checking the house from the airport is one tap. Arming the alarm at night is part of the same press that turns off the lights.

Handover is the halfway point.

Every Harborview system ships with OvrC remote monitoring, which means we usually know about a fault before you do, and fix most of them without a truck roll. For homes that want more, two service plans add priority response and scheduled attention.
